Konstantin Bogolyubov

With a humble immigrant journey in his youth, Konstantin’s upbringing has always instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance from an early age. His diverse background brings a unique and unmatched approach to his law firm today.
He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in computing and software systems in 1999. From 1994 to 2004, Konstantin owned and successfully ran three restaurant chains in the Greater Seattle area.
Konstantin has been in the legal field since 2005, working as a managing director of a law firm with offices in Bellevue, Vancouver, and Spokane, Washington. He has organized daily operations, including court filings, scheduling, drafting, and filing motions.
In 2020, Konstantin graduated from a four-year Rule 6 Clerkship program administered by the Washington State Bar Association. During this program, Konstantin regularly worked on organizing and preparing cases for trials and arbitrations.Through this experience, he has garnered a wealth of knowledge on how to flex different legal strategies in various situations and approach different cases within the Washington Courts system. With almost two decades of legal experience, Konstantin opened his own practice in 2023. As the founder and managing director of Bogo Law Firm, his practice focuses on personal injury, traffic violations, criminal defense, bankruptcy/debt relief, and uncontested divorce/annulment cases. He also has extensive experience with the guardianship process and probate procedures.
Konstantin has repeatedly succeeded in negotiating debt and reinstating driving privileges through settlement or bankruptcy for his clients.
During his free time, Konstantin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and exploring different hikes in the Pacific Northwest area. Konstantin is an active member of his community and has supported various non-profit organizations that help kids.
